Delete account or data
Users can request YUKU account or personal data deletion through support@yuku.ca. Account verification may be required before processing.
How to request deletion
Email support@yuku.ca from the email address connected to your YUKU account. Include your name, company or workspace if applicable, and a clear request to delete your account or personal data.
What data is deleted
YUKU will delete or de-identify account profile information and personal access records where deletion is technically and legally available. Product records tied to company operations may be removed, transferred, or anonymized depending on workspace ownership and legal obligations.
What may be retained temporarily
Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for legal, security, compliance, billing, fraud prevention, backup recovery, dispute resolution, or audit reasons.
Expected processing time
YUKU aims to respond within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or account verification.
